Our move-in ready homes are built to order. Every house we build is unique, and we work with you from the very first call or email to create your own fully custom home. Choose from appliances, interior and exterior finishes, and more. From the number of skylights to the height of your cabinets, have it how you want it.

Every aspect of a Rewild Home is built to the highest standards - we don't cut corners anywhere. There are many aspects to what we do that very few, if any, other builders do, with regards to construction, water proofing, safety, insulation, quality of materials, experience and forethought. With almost 10 years in business and dozens of tiny homes built, we are experts in designing and building tiny homes. Our process is streamlined and efficient, and the experience that we have shows in the level of detail in our home designs.
SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE
Our materials are sourced from Vancouver Island wherever possible and all of our homes are built at the forefront of sustainable practices. Supporting local businesses is important to us - we are keeping our footprint as small as the houses we build. We reduce, reuse, and recycle materials wherever possible and are always looking for creative ways to repurpose our “scrap” materials.

OPTIONS & PRICING
The two most common questions we get are:
1) How much are your tiny homes? and 2) What is included?
It's hard to judge the cost of a tiny home without having a personal chat simply because there are so many options and the price fluctuates depending on what's included. Our finished homes can range in cost from $90,000 - $225,000 CAD. We also offer partially complete shells which start at $40,000 + tax. POWER
Most of our homes are either connected via a 30amp or 50 amp service, but we also can provide 100amp and even 200amp service for larger homes with heavier electrical requirements. Whether you’re looking to connect to city power or live 100% off the grid, we will work with you one-on-one to design a custom power system for your home.
LAYOUT
We can build any layout you want at any standard trailer size. We can include lofts or keep it single story, build stairs or a ladder, create different ceilings, and even match the exterior to an existing house (great for people wanting to park these homes on their property).

APPLIANCES
Customize everything from the size of your fridge to the burners on your stove. We can include appliances and build your home turn-key, or we can simply build the spaces for you to add appliances at a later date.
HEATING
Living in a small space also means less space to heat. All of our homes are insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation in the floor, walls, and ceiling for maximum R-value. The most common heat source in our tiny homes is electric, but we can also do propane, in-floor, or wood heat.
WATER
Most of our homes are built to be supplied with pressurized water from a potable water source via a potable water hose. Water is heated by propane or electric, either on-demand or with a small tank.
BATHROOM
Our homes come with full bathrooms, including a toilet, shower or tub, and sink. The level of connectivity vs off-grid nature is entirely up to you. Composting, incinerating, and flush toilet options are available, with blackwater either being stored or hooked up to proper sewer lines.
