New Vegan tiny home community in the north Okanagan Valley. Home to more than 30 rescued farm animals and horses, produce gardens, greenhouse and old farm house which has free wifi, laundry and washroom facilities. There are 4 dry tiny home lots about 100 x 50, spread over 10 acres for waiting for your creativity and personal touches. Tenants are welcome to create their own garden spaces or share in ours. We're looking for quiet folks who share our passion for animals, permaculture and natural remedies for healing. There is a gas station and convenience store walking distance and a beautiful river for swimming. Our property is 30 acres total with lots of mature trees, ponds and 2 creeks. We live in our own small cottage about 2 acres away from the site. There are no visible neighbors from the tiny home sites making it incredibly private. The nearest town and major highway is only about 10 minutes away.

The property has 6 gravel pads which all have water and septic connections. Electricity will need to be self generated as the community is off grid. Curb side garbage, green waste and recycling collection is provided by the regional district.
