This homesite is about a 10 minute drive from the town of Hazelton, in Northwestern BC. The house site is at the top of a 20 acre piece of property that goes down to the Bulkley River. It has a good road, is a short distance off of the public road, is fairly private, and has a fantastic view, with more mountains than you can see in this photo. The property faces south so would be good for solar power. It is an off-grid location, so the home would have to use alternative sources for power and water. The soil on the site is fairly gravelly, so gardening would be best done in raised beds and could also be done on some areas of the property that are down near the river where the soil is rich. Rent is $500 per month. There could be some opportunities to trade work for rent.
