Named after the client’s beloved donkey, Rose, this thoughtfully designed 30' x 10'6" extra-wide tiny home was created for comfortable full-time living in a compact space. The wider footprint allows for a more spacious layout, making the home feel bright, open, and highly functional.

One of the standout features is the ground-floor bedroom, offering easy access and everyday comfort without the need to climb a ladder or stairs. The bedroom includes a private second entrance, convenient closet space, and storage beneath the bed, maximizing every inch of the design. Above, a storage loft provides additional space for seasonal items and belongings.

The kitchen features classic white shaker-style cabinetry for a timeless look that will never go out of style, paired with rich rice-toned engineered hardwood flooring that runs throughout the home for warmth and durability. The living area comfortably accommodates a couch, creating a welcoming space to relax. An entry closet near the main door adds practical storage for coats and everyday essentials.

The bathroom is designed with both comfort and elegance in mind, featuring a custom tiled shower with a glass enclosure and a flush toilet with simple septic connection, making it suitable for long-term residential use.

To simplify utility requirements, the home uses propane for both water heating and cooking, allowing it to run efficiently on just a 50-amp electrical connection.

The exterior reflects a durable West Coast–inspired design, combining metal and cedar siding for a beautiful yet low-maintenance finish, all topped with a long-lasting metal roof built to withstand the elements.
