Wanted: tiny house pad ideally in Saanich area

Looking for a Tiny House pad hopefully on the Saanich peninsula but would also consider other location on Vancouver Island.
I am a recently retired woman (baker of 17 years), that does not drink or smoke. I am an active person but quiet and keep to myself. My passions are organic gardening, hiking and year round paddle boarding.
I own a 20’ home and would need 30amp and water. I have a propane heater, stove and hot water. I have lived on my present location for 8 years so if a reference is needed I can supply.
