Recent build is FINISHED and delivered to Saltspring!

Our shell model is complete and has been delivered over to Saltspring Island! The outside is fully finished, and the inside is left incomplete for the client to finish herself. It towed like a dream - we are definitely looking forward to more smaller models like this. Needless to say, this home's new owner was over the moon excited. We got a lot of attention on the ferry and on Saltspring, so we are thinking about towing our full size model over there for one of their Saturday markets. Once we get the date confirmed, we will let you all know!

Welcome to our new site!

Over the last few months, we've been working to improve our site to answer more questions and supply more information about what we do. We are working on adding a resources page as well. We don't just want to build tiny homes, we want to help people reach their goals of downsizing and living a full life without being tied down by bills and stuff. We want to help people build their own, and be an all-around resource for anyone even slightly interested in the tiny living movement.

Throwback to when we first started building.

We pick up our brand new custom trailer for the next build on Monday, and then building starts! I’m looking forward to sharing our progress. This next build that we’re doing is going to be different than our first build, as we are just building the shell and leaving the interior for the client to finish. Instead of trying to build an entire house on your own, getting a shell built is a much safer and longer lasting option. By getting us to build the foundation, we can ensure that the trailer is properly modified and insured, the floor package is waterproof, and the framing is secure and safe – leaving the interior choices (and DIY fun!) totally up to you.
